Jonah Sublette (he/him) is a Los Angeles-based film editor with a specialty in documentary and commercial editing. He’s worked on brand campaigns for Netflix, Levi’s, Alo, WNBA, and he’s worked with musicians such as John Legend, Masego and Meshell Ndegeocello. Recently, Jonah edited the feature-length documentary, Mama! which is now available on Amazon and Apple TV. Jonah also directs short documentaries–his latest film, Burl, was screened at the 2023 Austin Film Festival.

Jonah comes from Denver, CO, and holds a BFA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder. When he’s not working, Jonah seeks out small-to-medium sized waves for surfing, and experimental jazz for inspiration.
